Yes, completely. Each Academy can have its own logo, colour scheme, custom domain (e.g. learn.yourclient.co.uk), and learner base. Learners never see the CourseAgent brand - they see yours. Multiple independent Academies can be run from a single account, making it ideal for training providers serving multiple organisations.

Is my content secure? Who can see what I build?

Your courses are private to your account unless you explicitly share or publish them. Content is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (europe-west2, London) and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded source documents are used only for course generation and are never used to train AI models. CourseAgent does not sell, share or repurpose your content.

Is CourseAgent GDPR compliant?

Yes. CourseAgent is built and operated by Create-AI Ltd, a UK company. All data is processed and stored in the UK (Google Cloud, London region). A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available, and the platform is designed for data minimisation - we collect only what is needed to deliver the service. Uploaded content is never used for model training.

Do I own the courses I create?

Yes - completely. Everything you create in CourseAgent belongs to you. You retain full intellectual property rights over all course content, assessments, branding and exported materials. CourseAgent claims no ownership, licensing rights or reuse rights over your work. If you cancel your subscription, your content remains yours.

Yes. There are no restrictions on commercial use. You can sell courses directly, deliver them to paying clients, include them in training contracts, or distribute them through your own Academy LMS.
